ARASI ENERGY “POWER BALLS”

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Arasi Kimia Dates
• 1/2 cup Roasted Almonds
• 1/4 cup Cashews
• 1 tbsp Honey
• a pinch of salt
Procedure
1.Pulse the almonds and cashews in a blender until they are small chunks.
2.Add the dates and honey; blend until it forms a sticky dough.
3.Roll into small bite-sized balls.
4.Roll them in desiccated coconut or crushed pistachios for a premium look.
OVERNIGHT “BRAIN-BOOSTER” SOAKED MIX

Ingredients:
• 5 Almonds
• 2 Walnuts
• 1 Anjeer (Fig)
• 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
Procedure
1.Place all ingredients in a small glass of water before bed.
2.In the morning, peel the almonds and eat the entire mix on an empty stomach.
THE “ROYAL” DRY FRUIT MILKSHAKE

Ingredients:
• 4 Dates
• 2 Dried Figs
• 6-8 Cashews
• 1 cup Chilled Milk
• a pinch of Cardamon
• Sugar
Procedure
1.Soak the figs and dates in warm milk for 15 minutes to soften them.
2.Blend everything together until smooth.
3.Serve chilled, topped with saffron or chopped pistachios.
