Shipping And Delivery Policy

• We deliver our premium dry fruits and spices across India to most domestic pin codes. While we cover all major metros and cities, international shipping is currently unavailable on arasi.in. If your specific pin code is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and refund your payment immediately.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the final weight of your package and the delivery zone. We charge a standard shipping fee of ₹60 for smaller orders[This is Only For Tamil Nadu], but we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a total cart value above ₹4999.

• To ensure maximum freshness, all orders placed before 12:00 PM are packed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or during public holidays will be securely processed and shipped on the next operational business day

• The moment your order leaves our facility, an automated tracking link will be generated. This tracking ID will be sent directly to your registered email address[Mainly] and mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

• Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an inaccessible location, or a locked house, it will be treated as an abandoned delivery. Because these are perishable food items, no refund will be issued for RTO[Return To Orgin] packages.

• Premium nuts, dates, and spices can be sensitive to extreme heat or moisture. During severeweather or regional transit delays, we may adjust shipping schedules to protect productquality.
